Overview: This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading player in the Financial industry, my client are seeking a Senior Java Full Stack Developer ideally with some AWS experience.
Role & Responsibilities: You will have a passion for technology and a desire to develop your technical knowledge and experience along the way. You will be involved in the full software development lifecycle and work with the latest cutting-edge technologies.
Tech experience required: • Experience in backend development with Java, ideally Java 11 but will consider Java 8+ • Strong HTML 5 & JavaScript experience • Object Oriented Programming and SOLID principles. • Ideally AWS experience, if not some cloud experience • Microservices experience
About you (ideally): • Demonstrate a working knowledge of modern software engineering - TDD, Agile, DevOps • A passion for open-source programming or commercial tooling • Being part of implementing end to end delivery lifecycles • Hungry to learn, out of the box thinkers • A client focused 'can-do' attitude • High attention to detail • Continuously challenging the status quo • Feeling comfortable to work with new clients • Ideally passionate for speaking at conference and meetups
Details / Rates: •£500 - £600 Per Day (Outside IR35) • 6 Month Contract • Fully Remote
