Java Developer required by a London based software company to work on an Aviation/Travel industry project for one of their clients. They have two open positions for Java Developer contractors to work on the project (fully remote) and are keen to speak with anyone who has commercial experience within AWS Cloud environments covering technologies such as Java, Containers, Docker, TDD, CI/CD, Microservices, JIRA, Git, and Agile/Scrum.

Essential Skills for the Java Developer:

• Java in a commercial environment (preferably AWS cloud environments)
• AWS architecture (including serverless) & services/products
• Microservices/Microservice architectures
• Ccontainer technologies (Docker)
• TDD and CI/CD (in a DevOps culture)
• JIRA
• Git
• Scrum/Agile

Beneficial Skills fot the Java Developer:

• GraphQL
• Kubernetes
• Building/integrating with eCommerce systems
• Experience within the travel or aviation industries
