4DV ANALYTICS is looking for an IT Lead Engineer to join our team located in Ashburn, Virginia. The ideal candidate would have hands-on experience architecting and managing IT Systems, deploying and validating software to those systems, and leading an IT Team by example. Activities include management of on-premise IT Systems, and AWS and Google Cloud based applications. Additional duties include management of the IT network; devices such as switches, routers, and firewalls.
This is a dynamic, fast passed environment. You will be working with corporate management, members of the IT team and the product teams. Each day you will be directly contributing to the success of multiple programs; here you're an integral member of a team, not a member of a support organization. Some limited after-hours and on-call support may be required.
The contract associated with this job opportunity requires that the applicant must be a US Citizen and be willing to be submitted for a Top-Secret security clearance.

Required experience:
Management of Microsoft office environment and servers, including Active Directory
Management of Windows Server 2012/2016 and Redhat Linux
Management of Windows 10 Workstations and desktop support
Software configuration management
Software deployment and patch management
Managing system backups
Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
Install, support, and troubleshoot hardware components and peripherals
JIRA experience; administration and end-user
5 plus years of relevant work experience
Preferred (Not Required):
Strong interdisciplinary problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to self-manage and prioritize tasking
AWS Cloud Administration and Deployment experience
Google Cloud Administration
Docker/Kubernetes or other container experience
Ability to multitask and prioritize
SharePoint administration experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
VoIP experience
