Job Description
Report to the IRM Coordinator and performs as a member of the Information Technology/Information Management organization
Update and execute the Data Privacy (DP) Plan, including DP assessments, awareness programs, personal data scanning, and walkthroughs. Experience in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a plus.
Perform Information Protection Assessments of applications and supporting infrastructure (Network, Operating System, Database, Web server and General IT Controls)
Execute the Application Compliance Plan for vendor applications
Execute and Track IP evergreen tasks (e.g., Update of Secure Content Repository, Compliance Training tracking, Network Compliance checks, Software License checks)
Promote IP awareness by conducting IP trainings, sending IP communications and answering to IP queries
Directly interface with and support all projects functions or disciplines (e.g., Engineering, , Construction, Supply Chain Management) on IP/DP concerns and issues
Perform supplier pre-qualification
Qualifications
Higher Education
At least 2 years of relevant experience, Information Risk Management , Cybersecurity or Audit Experience is preferred
Good language and communication skills
Technical skills and knowledge to be able to perform IP assessments of IT infrastructures, systems and processes against the Information Protection Standards
Good Problem solving / analytical skills
Effective time management
Good Teamwork, Collaborative, and Interpersonal skills
Initiative & Ability to learn
Working knowledge of IT Systems, Compliance and Governance policies and procedures is preferred
