Skills and Abilities:
- Mastery level knowledge of supporting, managing and implementing Apple MacOS as well as a working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 and legacy Opcidting Systems
- Mastery level knowledge with supporting, managing, testing and implementing Microsoft 0365, SharePoint, on premise and cloud, OneDrive and all other Microsoft Suite applications on a Mac Platform.
- This position will provide 24/7 coverage for Engineering Operations Team providing the Daily Operational Support for all Apple products including Laptops, Desktops, iPads, iPhones, iPods everything Apple.
- 7+ years dedicated to MacOS enterprise software and platforms
- Must have significant Apple MacOS Engineering and Administration, as well as Infrastructure Knowledge
- Experience with both Apple and Windows centralized management tools (Jamf Casper Suite and Microsoft SCCM 2012)
- Experience with scripting in one or more languages (Bash, Perl, AppleScript, PowerShell)
- Strong working knowledge in Apple OS X 10, Windows 10, Microsoft Office Suite 2013/2016, Active Directory, VMware vSphere, JAMF Software Server (JSS), ACLs, Directory Services, Mac OS X File, asset tracking (Service-Now), Local Area Networks, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, PKI, AirWatch
- Strong experience in building software installations and packages in both Apple (Casper Composer) and Windows (MSI Studio/Wise Studio) environment
- Understands software deployment processes leveraging JAMF Pro (Casper Suite) and SCCM 2012
- The candidate must have proven End User interaction with various End Users and able to maintain ticket SLA's for responding to User Requests promptly
- Thrives in a highly regulated and fast paced and changing environment with proven multitasking kills and focus on details and accuracy
- Create and maintain programmatic and technical documentation to ensure efficient planning and execution including deign, installation, and administration documentation
- Define architecture standards, policies, and procedures for the organization, structure, attributes, design documentation, data flow, security and nomenclature of data elements
Nice to have Skills and Abilities:
- Experience with Virtualization Technologies primarily atrix Xen — VMWare and vSphere
- Experience in cloud computing markets and integrations (AWS, Azure, VMWare Workspace One and related)
- The use of interpreted programming languages, like Python, in support of automated system administration
