Key Responsibilities:
- Working within the Labs team in Europe the Software Engineer role will work as part of a balanced team and collaborate with a Product Owner, Product Manager, and Product Designer to deliver projects and features to support this
- This is a senior role on the team and would be looking to mentor and grow more junior members

- BA/BS in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
Additional Information:
- It is key that you are used to and have experience with Test Driven Development and Pairing working every day in 9-5 pairing environment
- It is also working very closely with Product Designers and Product Managers and knowledge of mapping based solutions is key as the European team has the lead on the Find work stream. The app makes use of Reactive programming so knowledge of this is also required
- As we are operating an XP practice within the team we don't support working from home due to the pair programming
