Bracknell RQ350978 Interim Senior Technical Architect - Architecture/Information Technology
A Technical Architect is required for the IT team. The postholder will be expected to have expertise in Enterprise Architecture and Software Architecture, and to be able to support us in analysing the current estate, and reviewing and planning delivery of our future strategy.

Pay Rate: £550.00 per day PAYE
This is a temporary, but possibly long term role.

“Essential Requirements” – Please check to ensure that your CV addresses the following items:

- Qualifications:
- Microsoft Certified Architect (MCAP)
- PRINCE2 Practitioner
- Degree in information, communication, technology or related subject or equivalent work experience
- TOGAF®, Open Group Certified Architect qualification or equivalent experience
- ITIL certification
- Project Management Professional: PMP
- Knowledge & Skills:
- Good knowledge of information infrastructure and IT strategy
- Ability to analyse business requirements and produce high quality solution designs based on a broad knowledge of strategic delivery platforms
- Ability to develop and implement evidenced-based strategies, policies and projects to effect positive change
- Experience:
- Recent evidence of technical architecture analysis and design
- Recent evidence of IT strategy and roadmap development
- Experience as an Operations Manager (Network, SAN, Architect, DBA teams) working within a service management environment
- Experience of developing plans and roadmaps with tangible, achievable milestones
- Confident and comfortable communicating appropriately with a very broad range of stakeholders: users, business owners, senior management up to C-level, developers, testers, systems architects, and so on
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft packages
Other preferable/desirable details to include on your CV, if applicable:

Anticipated Length of Assignment: All of our roles are technically temporary, though opening assignments can be and often are, extended by clients on a longer term basis and can sometimes become permanent. This opening assignment is for 6 months.
