Bristol LOT1 JP00030118 Interim Digital Technical Architect Senior – MOD
This role may require travel and meetings within the UK.
Take responsibility for managing and updating data models, data architecture, data dictionaries, configuration and reference data catalogues.
Work with business leads to identify and document data and reporting requirements.
Design and maintain data models and manage data integration, performing data quality analysis and profiling tasks.
Track business requirements and ensure that these can be matched from a data perspective.
Take ownership of data related design decisions throughout the delivery process, including selection of tools to support data architecture activities.
Ensure that data-specific project activities align technically and that the architecture is consistent from a data perspective.
Ensure compliance with data related standards and key architectural principles.
Manage stakeholder expectations and deliver complex IT projects to tight deadlines.
Experience Required:
3 years relevant experience.
An awareness of the MOD Acquisition Lifecycles, MOD Approval and Scrutiny Process, Cabinet Office and Treasury Approvals is required.
Qualifications required:
TOGAF Foundation, ITIL v3 (Foundation), BCS Enterprise & Solution, Architect Intermediate.
Membership of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (MIET) or Membership of the British Computer Society (MBCS) or 3 years relevant experience.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
GKIM 1-3, COBIT v5, Agile, BCS Certificate in Enterprise & Solution Architecture Practitioner, TOGAF Practitioner, Degree level qualification in relevant technical area.
This is a temporary, but possibly long term role.
Pay Rate: £400 - £500 per day pay range, subject to IR35 status

Anticipated Length of Assignment: All of our roles are technically temporary, though opening assignments can be and often are, extended by clients on a longer term basis and can sometimes become permanent. This opening assignment is for 3 months.
