Client is looking for a highly energetic and collaborative Lead/Architect with experience building engagement/channel solutions around customer needs within parameters of complex enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should be an expert technical architect developing web and mobile solutions; using traditional; new and emerging technologies. Candidate should have good experience in defining the overall technical architecture for enterprise and customer engagement platforms. Hands-On Expertise in leading technical implementations using ReactNative; and Kotlin. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to liaise with technologists to C-level executives is key to be successful in this role.
Drive customer conversations to define the requirements and overall technical architecture for different customer engagement solutions
Exercise you strong decision-making skills in terms of technical solutions and architectural frameworks
Create technical solution and architecture; artifacts; work products and presentation of solution with the customer. Deliver engagement platforms and architecture recommendations based on requirements and industry best practices
Review functional and technical requirements; raising potential issues and participating actively in design discussions
Develop reusable artifacts/frameworks; re-usable assets; industry solutions; reference architecture; design; development and QA best practice
Collaborating with Customers and Product Marketing / Management teams to identify opportunities that can be exploited through great software features. Work closely with Product Owners; Scrum Masters; Senior Business Analysts; and other client stakeholders
Working as a member of a design; build and test agile team continuously releasing new features
Mentoring people whether they are on your team

You bring:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science; Computer Engineering or a software related discipline. A Master's degree in a related field is an added plus
Strong experience in React Native and Kotlin
10+ years programming with supporting/interfacing with business stakeholders experience; multi-platform experience; and expert level experience with business and technical applications; or any combination of education and experience; which would provide an equivalent background.
3+ years of hands-on experience as an technical lead for web/mobile based projects
4+ years of experience in designing and building solutions using web; mobile and other customer engagement channels
Experience implementing Web/Mobile apps using above technologies minimum 4 different instances with full lifecycle involvement.
1+ year of hands on experience in implementing and using CI/CD framework technologies such as Jenkins or Bamboo
at least 1+ year of experience working as a member of an Agile team
1+ years of Healthcare payer domain experience preferred
