Illustrator/Graphic Designer (Remote)

Looking to add an illustrator to our team.

We are an NYC based publishing house specializing in trade and academic books.

Unique opportunity to come kn board full-time, part-time, or per contract depending on experience.

Currently, we have over 200 titles needing illustrations.

Preferred Qualification(s):
Previous experience illustrating children's book
Able to adapt to flexible working conditions
Able to use Adobe suite (inDesign, PS)
Proficient is MS Excel

Job Duties:

• Draft mockups of website designs, brochures, iconography, and any other marketing materials required
• Collaborate with marketing teams and management to discuss which mockups are effective, and use their feedback to develop final drafts
• Revise the work of previous designers to create a unified aesthetic for our brand materials
• Work on multiple projects at once, and consistently meet draft deadlines
• Other duties as requested
