Helpdesk Engineer

My client, a popular retail company is looking for a talented Helpdesk Engineer to join their vibrant and dynamic office based in London. We are searching for a dedicated, upbeat and enthusiastic individual who has a real passion for all things IT related.

Contract Length: 6 Months rolling.

Day rate: £130- £160 per day.

Skills required:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Validated experience in a IT retail environment
  • Validated experience SAP, AS400 and/or Retail-J (Retail Java)
  • Validated experience in supporting end users by providing hardware & software.
  • You will need to have as many of the following as possible: Windows 7 & 10, Microsoft Office 2003 -2013 & Office 365, SCCM, Active Directory, MacOS, iPhone & Android, BYOD etc.
