Job Title: Social Media Marketing Manager
Namra Consulting Group LLC (NCG) is a marketing consulting firm, that specializes in social media marketing and content creation. Our family is growing and we’re looking to add on a full-time Social Media Manager to the team. This is great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a rapidly growing start-up.
This role requires strong account management skills, and a keen understanding of how social media can be used to drive better customer engagement. The Social Media Marketing Manager will provide department organization and stability to clients and internal relationships through detailed planning, organization, and time management. Act as a liaison between clients and internal staff with the goal of customer satisfaction and relationship building through outstanding delivery of projects and services.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Assist in the creation and implementation of digital marketing strategy and tactics for an assortment of clients in a variety of industries
- Create, edit, proof and publish a variety of relevant and insightful internal and external content for appropriate social media feeds
- Handle day-to-day client management tasks and maintain accountability for resolving client issues, proposing solutions and dissolving potential issues
- Other related tasks as necessary
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (marketing/communications/writing) OR prior experience strongly preferred but not required
- Basic graphic design experience
- Well versed and established in a variety of social media channels and dashboards (such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter) and developed a practical understanding of these tools in the marketplace
- Excellent writing, grammar, organization and time management skills are a MUST
- Be professional, punctual, reliable, detail and results-oriented
- Ability to multi-task and effectively communicate information and ideas
- Ability to sense client needs and recommend appropriate guidance
