Graphic Designer
Luxury real estate brokerage is looking for a contracted Graphic Designer, who is a skilled problem solver and communicator who is passionate and driven to influence his/her own growth and development.
You will engage with a group of real estate agents and the brokerage management in the luxury market to ensure visual consistency by integrating existing design aesthetic and established brand standards across various print and digital marketing channels, including: Flyers, Invitations, Marketing Packages, Digital Ads and Social Media.
The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, a fast learner, friendly communicator, and has great organizational skills along with self-discipline to work without micromanagement.
Responsibilities:
- Creating and producing graphic artwork for print and digital mediums while integrating existing design aesthetic and established brand standards.
- Liaising with agents and management within the company to effectively fulfill design requirements presented, Quick response time is crucial. Must handle with a sense of urgency.
- Creating social media branding optimized for multiple platforms.
- Be available within the scheduled hours to discuss design requirements and needs with a positive and proactive attitude, if needed.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of professional work experience with examples or portfolios to showcase past executions, must provide (2) print and (1) digital portfolio sample
- Graphic Design Experience: 2 years (Required)
- Strong Skills in Adobe’s Creative Suite, Must be knowledgeable in InDesign, Illustrator and Adobe

- Must be highly attentive and able to carry out tasks independently based on a design brief.
- Must be able to manage multiple projects at a time while working to a high standard.
- Flexible organization skills in order to identify and prioritize projects based on precedence and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills - face to face, online call, email, and phone. Responsiveness is crucial.

- Laptop/PC that is capable of running the Adobe creative suite effectively.
- Any design software needed to fulfill projects

Compensation: $20.00 to $23.00 /hour

- Remote w/ some face to face meetings, out of state applicants will not be considered.

- Monday to Friday: 9:00-3:00, available for incoming calls from agents and management during the 9-3 requested hours
