Here's the talent we are currently looking for: Graphic Designer

We are in search of talented artist who are also Graphic Designer with super sweet 3D animator skills to help us create epic art installations, digital art and new company branding. We're a team who loves creating environments that make people feel something. We do this through all types of forms and platforms. It's all about the details with us, we believe the details is what makes something great or not. We're a small & mighty team that creates massive installations all over the world.

Our ideal person will be a creative, conceptual, and innovative individual with a versatile, collaborative approach to the creative process. In addition, the candidate must be self-motivated, driven, and willing to be challenged. The candidate should also be able to effectively juggle multiple client projects while helping with team project management and overall creative department responsibilities.

Responsibilities -

• Work alongside the design team to create engaging, thoughtful design solutions for a variety of projects
• Create visuals based on sketches and requirements
• Must be able to develop concepts and keep things on schedule
• Works collaboratively with team members to create EPIC designs
• Manage and prioritize within timelines for project milestones and take personal responsibility for on-time deliverables
• Proven ability to communicate creative ideas
• Create social media assets for our work across platforms including thumbnail images and original artwork
• Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time.

Professional Experience/Skills -

• Please provide a strong design portfolio with showing ability to manage complex designs
• Ability to create compelling design solutions for both digital and physical mediums
• Ability to design and present original concepts using mockups, sketches, storyboards, wireframes, and digital prototypes, extensive experience working with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustration, InDesign, After Effects, Premier), user interface design programs (Figma/Sketch/XD/or similar) and 3D modeling software such as SketchUp.
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to pay close attention to detail while multitasking
• Is self-motivated with a positive and collaborative attitude
• Open to new ways of working that lead the industry forward
• Is comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities

COVID-19 considerations:
We provide all team members with gloves, masks & hand sanitizer for all on-site work. Our teams are working from home until at least August and will remain home until things become better under control. We are taking Covid very seriously.
