Job Title: Graphic Designer
Location: Nashville, TN

Job Description
As a member of Reach Partners, you will be tasked with transforming data-heavy deliverables in to graphically compelling, highly-designed presentations and marketing materials. You must love typography, have a hyper-acute awareness of the details, take joy in organizing information into beautiful and tidy graphics, understand how to create drama with a simple visual, and see projects through from start to finish. You will be responsible for designing, producing and updating presentations for internal and external clients. You must have the ability to communicate information and data effectively as well as create easy-to-understand infographics, diagrams and other marketing materials. Additionally, you must have a strong sense of design, which must accompany the ability to incorporate the needs of the user into both function and aesthetics.

Work Experience

• 3+ years work experience in graphic design.
• Ideal candidate is heavily versed in translating complex data-driven materials into visually-stunning, yet easily digestible deliverables.

Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification

• BFA or BA degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Marketing Communications or a related field required.

Responsibilities

• Highly proficient with the use of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Proficiency with Keynote, PowerPoint, Excel, Word
• Ability to work on Mac
• Must be able to multitask
• Design advanced-level Keynote, PowerPoint, and InDesign presentations
• Apply creative layout solutions to presentation slides
• Demonstrate excellent collaboration skills, a solution-based attitude, and the ability to work with people with diverse skills and backgrounds
• Ability to over-communicate and work with people in different locations and time-zones
• Ability to work independently as well as prioritize under narrow time limitations or interruptions, producing accurate results within quick turnaround times
• Ability to adapt to the presentation design needs of various situations
• Consistent willingness to go above and beyond for project deliverables
• Sharp eye for layout design and awareness of design trends
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to present heavy copy and numbers accurately

Qualifications

• Strong passion for social media content development, and a desire to stay current on this ever-evolving topic
• Strong communication skills with the ability to draw conclusions based on data
• Flexibility in prioritizing work required
