Voice & Reason is a boutique creative agency focused on providing a complete suite of marketing materials for small to mid sized service-based businesses. We partner with our clients to function as an outsourced “marketing department” by recommending and constructing materials that work together to continuously elevate the brand and drive sales growth. Our outputs range from highly conceptual (brand identities, ads, websites) to quick-turn tactical (product spec sheets, SEM ads, booth graphics).
Because we serve as a long-term partner for our clients, all of our work must come from a unified strategy and be highly integrated. Every piece we create adopts (and often further defines) a brand standard for tone of voice, visual styles, and calls to action.
Voice & Reason has three full time employees, and a small stable of contract tradespeople with deep areas of specialization in UX design, print design, front-end development, copywriting, and videography. The two agency founders (bios available on website) have extensive backgrounds in marketing strategy and brand design, having led national agency teams and built marketing experiences for international brands.

POSITION DETAILS
The Graphic Designer will assist our Creative Principal by picking up projects in various stages of creative development and seeing them through to completion. This position understands the objectives of the piece, adds value by critically thinking through the specification and flows of content, makes recommendations to improve the user experience, and produces layouts that are both on-brand and technically immaculate.
Help bring visions to life with creative design, an eye for detail, and intuitive thought strategy to execute the best work possible for our clients. Collaborate with team members to develop, review and edit creative material. Present design concepts that demonstrate expertise while also meeting client expectations.
The ideal candidate is someone who is strategy-led, always delivers on-time, and has a knack for exceeding in the creative space! Success in this position will require strong knowledge of design styles, layouts, creative techniques, as well as experience executing marketing projects from conception to production.
