Digital Radar is a fast growing agency with team members in both Arizona and Ohio! Our team works remotely with regular in-person events and meetings. We are looking for a highly-organized, detail-oriented graphic designer to join our team.
We are seeking an employee with an exceptional eye for detail and the experience necessary to lead the strategy and execution on creative and design for our clients. Responsibilities will include creating the design and layout for social posts, paid ads, or marketing materials. Work collaboratively alongside our team to create engaging copy for ads and marketing collateral. We are looking for a strong team member who can add value to our team and overall creative direction.
Graphic Design Specialists Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborate with our team to take written or verbal briefs and create concepts, layouts, and designs for a variety of brand collateral
- Stay up-to-date on trends and creative design best practices
- Working with account managers to build social media marketing content and campaigns

Responsibilities
- Lead creative design for clients
- Manage client relations as it regards to design and creative
- Collaborate with internal team members and clients on large- and small-scale marketing projects (i.e. email campaigns and landing pages)
- Conduct high-quality research
- Perform ongoing optimization to strategy and content across digital platforms
Requirements
- Experience creating logos, social creatives, paid ads, email campaigns, and other marketing materials
- A strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Illustrator
- Fluency with core graphic design principles across various platforms and industries (i.e. typography, form, color, composition, etc.)
- Ability to multitask efficiently while meeting tight deadlines and quick turnarounds
- Collaborative spirit and able to remain positive to feedback while adapting to change quickly
- Self-directed with strong communication to internal team members and clients
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience

Job Duties:
- Draft mockups of website designs, brochures, iconography, and any other marketing materials required
- Collaborate with marketing teams and management to discuss which mockups are effective, and use their feedback to develop final drafts
- Revise the work of previous designers to create a unified aesthetic for our brand materials
- Work on multiple projects at once, and consistently meet draft deadlines
- Communicate frequently with clients to update them on the progress of the project and to answer any questions they might have
