Project Overview and Role:
Palladium is seeking a consultant to provide design and production services on an ad-hoc basis primarily for Health Policy Plus (HP+), a USAID-funded project, as well as other projects. The mission of the HP+ project is to strengthen and advance health policy priorities in the areas of family planning and reproductive health, HIV, and maternal health at global, country, and subnational levels.
Consultants will work in coordination with HP+ communications staff to complete projects on an as needed basis using existing InDesign, PPT, and Word templates and to create unique designs. This may also include the production of technical posters, PowerPoint presentations, infographics, videos, and other creative products.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
The objective is to provide graphic design support for HP+ and other Palladium projects on an as needed basis.

The duration of contract will be from November 30, 2020 to November 30, 2021 (the anticipated end of the HP+ project). Deliverables will be determined on a case by case basis. For each deliverable, the consultant will be required to provide:
For each assignment, the consultant will coordinate with Palladium staff to determine deliverables, deadlines, rounds of review, format, and other requirements. The consultant is expected to use standard design software, i.e., Adobe and Microsoft programs, in order to ensure compatibility with accessibility requirements. The consultant should be familiar with USAID marking and branding regulations and follow HP+ guidance, as well as follow HP+’s style and templates.
