Graphic Artist/Web Designer (Remote)

We are hot startuplooking for Graphic Artist/Web Designer to help us as we grow!

Requirements:

A proven trackrecord of user interface design, user experience design for mobileand web platforms.

Experience withprototyping and taking a product from the idea stage through todevelopment, launch and user feedback.

Ability to take theproduct’s mission, user research and analytics data and translateinto clear, simple product target’s for each project.

Strong knowledge ofcurrent UX best practices, including user research and accessibilityacross mobile and web

Experience withfront-end development, including HTML, CSS and Javascript is a plus.

Proficient inSketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, and prototyping tools such asInVision among others

You have a portfolioof visually consistent and relevant web design and mobile app workthat you’re proud to share with us.

You have excellentwritten communication skills, know how to receive and deliverconstructive criticism, and work well in an agile team.

Responsibilities:

Create thoughtfuland appropriate solutions to challenges of all sizes by translatingresearch insights into beautiful and engaging designs

Work in amultidisciplinary product role, excelling at ideation, research,design, development coordination and product community engagement.

Produce engagingexperiences using sketches, storyboards, information architectureblueprints and prototypes to collect feedback and iteratively improveand support the design process.

Create user flows,wireframes, site maps, customer journey maps, and other tools toguide the product development process.

Collaborate withproduct managers and engineers to conceptualize, document, design anddevelop new product concepts.

Create high-fidelitymockups and work with engineers and product managers to oversee UIdesign implementation, while also serving as an advocate for designin strategic product decisions.
