Job Overview The purpose of this UX role is to design and evolve the User Experience, UI look and feel of the clients' employee facing complex and high traffic applications.
Key Responsibilities
Bring industry leading digital UX and design principles for complex and high traffic website.
Working with both technical and business stakeholders to define a best-in-class online experience for our users.
Having a working knowledge of accessibility standards, their importance and relevance.
Support project estimation.
Understand the high-level requirements for various projects and change requests on clients' Employee facing applications.
Arrange and conduct workshops, for requirement clarifications/finalisation.
Plan impact assessment sessions with SMEs for CRM and other impacted domains.
Translate requirements into user flows, wireframes, sketching, mock-ups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
Presenting design ideas and prototypes to stakeholder and other teams.

Desirable experience
High traffic B2B websites/apps/systems. Experience on complex apps and website would be an advantage.
Experience working on CMS driven websites.
Must have a portfolio with case studies.
Experience working in an agile development environment.
Experience of working in Kanban, but also a Scrum team.
Understanding of accessibility standards.
An understanding of development practices and technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and their impact on the digital experience.
A clear understanding of where UX design fits within an organisation and what value it can bring.
Experience working with BAs, product owners and project managers, to capture, review and agree business requirements.
Stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage conflicting priorities
