GCP (Google Cloud) DevOps Engineer - Remote - Competitive daily rate - Immediate start
Contract role for a 18months + project, an experienced DevOps Engineer required to join a growing Agile team.
You will be supporting the Lead DevOps Architect in building and maintaining an infrastructure for a new simulation solution.
Immediate start, fully remote from anywhere (yet we require availability during UK working hours)
Skills and Experience:
- Terraform/Terragrunt,
- Jenkins, GKE (Kubernetes tools - Helm/Tiller/Istio),
- GCP Service experience including but not limited to Organisation/GKE/DNS/Networking/GCM/CloudIdentity/CloudSQL/BigQuery/DataProc/DataFlow
- SonarQube
- Nexus repository management
- Hashicorp Vault
- C#
- TDD (CI-CD, unity test framework or other)
Domain Knowledge:
- Web-based/Games as a Service (GaaS) projects
- Data heavy projects
- Experience building to and supporting multiple platforms (web, mobile, standalone)
Nice To Have Experience:
- Using Addressable Assets
- Cloud-based multiplayer frameworks and technologies
- GIS technologies (Openstreetmap, Mapbox, or other)
- Shaders
