Functional Test Lead
IR35: In Scope
Duration: 6 months+
Location: Central Leeds
Rate: £425 - £525 per day
Our Public Sector client has an opening for 2 Lead Functional Testers. These are Functional roles.
Testing Experience:
- Creating Risk based Test Strategies and Assurance Approaches - Essential
- Creating Test Plans, Test Specifications and Test Reports - Essential
- Agile software testing and/or other traditional testing methodologies- Essential
- Hands on System testing, Integration testing and Interoperability testing (API testing) using Automated Test tools and Manual testing - Essential
- Testing of RESTful APIs and Web services - Preferred
- Industry experience in software testing - Preferred
- Experience in working on IT systems within NHS Health and Social care sector - Preferred
Technical and Tooling skills (in relation to testing, not development)
- Java 8 Development Platform - Essential
- MySQL or any other relational database management systems - Essential
- HP Quality Center - Essential
- Knowledge of APIs and Web services technologies - Essential
- Microsoft Visual Studio 2018 - Preferred
- Cucumber Specflow (BDD Testing Framework) - Preferred
- Selenium Webdriver - Preferred
- Jira - Preferred
- Healthcare Messaging Standards - HL7, FHIR - Preferred
Soft Skills
- Good Communication skills both written and verbal - Essential
- Experience of engaging and collaborating with third party suppliers and external stakeholders - Preferred
- Experience in Team Leading - Preferred
