My client are a multi-disciplinary, co-located team, their approach to product development is based on Lean principles and they've embedded continuous delivery and data-informed decision making into process, tools and architecture. They value transparency, accountability, shared responsibility and teamwork.

Most engineers work across the entire stack, although many have expertise with particular technologies and domains, for example client-side; performance; accessibility; building APIs; security or integration. Deploy to production many times a day and have full ownership of releases, the tools used and site reliability.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing on core web technologies such as JS and Node (no frameworks required), and any other tech you find right for the task at hand
  • Being part of the solution: Developers and Product Owners work together to come up with solutions to the problems we're trying to solve or goals we're trying to achieve. There's no "throwing over the fence" around here.
  • Maintaining our standard for web performance, security and accessibility

You will have :

  • Extensive experience in JavaScript & Node.js for development of new product features.
  • Experience with REACT , AWS
  • Worked on data streams and data migration projects.

You may have :

  • experience with database technologies, including: Elasticsearch, Neo4j, MongoDB, SQL and No-SQL databases.
  • Technical architecting across multiple services/apps for global availability, reliability and performance.
  • Ensuring all code is well tested.
  • Experience with CLI tools, version control and front-end build tools (Webpack, Sass, Babel, etc).

You may have experience :


  • Using TypeScript.
  • Serverless framework and CloudFormation templates.
  • Knowledge of the current state of ES6 and ES7 development.
  • working with financial and company datasets.
