Skill and Experience:

  • Full-stack web development skills, including frontend (for example: HTML, JQuery, ReactJs), server-side programming (esp. Python, C++), database technologies and data extraction techniques (Pandas, SQL, RESTful APIs).
  • A strong foundational understanding of statistical concepts and algorithms including linear/logistic regression, random forest, boosting, NNs, etc.
  • Strong experience with Natural Language Processing, text understanding, classification, pattern recognition, recommendation systems, targeting systems, ranking systems or similar.
  • Experience building and debugging an application at the front end, back end, database
  • Experience developing modern APIs
  • You have a strong understanding: distributed systems, microservices and APIs, data structures and algorithms.
  • You have deployed machine-learned models to production, and have been involved in writing APIs/services around those models and monitoring/analyzing their production performance.
  • You know how to apply standard implementations of machine learning and natural language processing algorithms, evaluate their performance and choose suitable models.

  • Languages: Python, C++, R (optional), PHP, JavaScript
  • Database Technologies: Pandas, SQL, Numpy, SciPy, sci-kit learn

About Us and what you’ll be working on:

  • Our team has created a proprietary natural language AI platform that you will be using to create client-specific models for unique projects across multiple industry verticals.
  • Applying a Machine Learning model to a production use case, including, designing and coding up the predictive model, gathering and refining data, training and tuning the model, deploying it at scale with high throughput and uptime, and analyzing the results in the wild in order to continuously update and improve accuracy and speed.
