job summary: Looking for a Back End Java Developer for a year long contract with probable extensions and possible conversion to full time employee of one of our biggest and best financial clients.
This is a remote work from home role but candidates within a few hours driving distance of any of our clients technology hubs in southern new jersey, south Carolina or Maine is preferred for possible future conversion to FTE.
Candidates at the very least will need to work east coast time

MUST HAVE:
Experience in java 8 - 7 years
2. Experience in Spring framework (Spring Core with Annotation, Spring Boot Spring Rest docs.)- 3 years.
3. Good Understanding of Spring Security & Authorization.
4. Experience with build tools Gradle/Maven & Git version control - 2+ years
5. Experience with JBOSS application server - 2 + years
6. Good understating of data serialization and JSON
8. Experience with logging frameworks SLF4J & Logback. - 2+ years
9. strong communication skills.
10. Experience in writing unit test cases with Junit 4. - 2 year
11. Banking/ financial industry experience - 2 years.
Nice to have:
1. Knowledge of Feign api client is a plus.
2. Experience with server side caching technologies like EhCache.
3. Experience working in Cloud infrastructure and deployment
4. Former client experience.
