Full Stack iOS/Android Software engineer (Remote)

SINSAT is a tech start-up company looking for a full stack iOS/Android software engineer to be part of their team, to accomplish mobile application development tasks on the front & back end. He/she will be closely working with the CTO to develop a SAS engine. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, a team player and ambitious, driven by long-term success.

SINSAT is a pre-revenue start-up. The successful candidate will be granted a stock option compensation as the company continues to grow and reach its next milestone. Initially, this will not be a salaried position. This is an opportunity for the right person to get in on the ground floor of the company.

The right person could already be employed initially as we continue to grow. We are open to structuring the work around the right candidate.

This person must be living in Southern California, even though working remotely at his own schedule, to be able to attend periodic meetings with the team.

Responsibilities:

• Build and develop front end & back end, of a social Mobile Appfeaturing, Live Video, Media Capture, Text Chat, Image exchanges, Location based services,API implementations, Profile sign up sign in& Authentication, databases for website functionality and coding for mobile platforms..
• Good knowledge of iOS Frameworks, like AV Foundation, Photo & Video Editing, Media are a must, same applies for Android Development.
• Develop MobileAppfor IOS & Android, using native IDEs or using Angular JS, React or other Frameworkwhen possible.
• Create, run & maintain related ServerScripts.
• Work closely with and report to CTO.

Requirements:

• iOS, Android, IDE Development, & their Media Editing related Frameworks.
• Proficiency with fundamental Front End languages such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript, REST.
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS, React and Amber.
• Proficiency with server side languages such as Python, Ruby, Java.
• Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, Oracle and MongoDB.
• Strong interest in Live Video Streaming and Social AppsArchitectures.
• Python Server based Development Django and comparable frameworks expertise needed or equivalent knowledge in similar compatible languages, preferred.
• Knowledge of Mobile App Development, wrappers, bindings and APIs.
• Preferably having a portfolio in image analysis and the video streaming space.
• BSin Computer Science.

• Candidates must also have the legal status to work in the state of California.
