Summary
We are searching freelancers, contractors, and side hustlers to join our Exchange program in our Atlanta ecosystem as human capital partners (HCPs). KnowCap Atlanta LLC is a subsidiary of KnowCap Interactive.
Our goal is to help idea-stage and early-stage founders with developing their startups with a target of working with over 300 startups over the next three years.
------------
What an ideal fit would look like?
In addition, your creativity and flexibility are paramount. You will be airdropping into different situations on a weekly/monthly basis and will need to be able to acclimate to a new vision/mission set and provide value quickly.
The perfect candidate is satisfied at their current role but would like to use your talents to help founders build the early stages of their startups in your free-time. You also want to participate in the upside potential of owning equity in a startup.
Someone who is excited to help entrepreneurs build amazing companies are a great fit for this opportunity.
------------
What working at KnowCap Atlanta will be like
We are searching for operators and builders who would like to work with the idea and early-stage startups for a minimum of 10 hours per week.
Each project will have its own lead that you will report to (sometimes that lead will be you). Project leads will be rotated between internal team members and HCPs depending on expertise and past work experiences.
------------
Compensation
0.13%-3% equity in KnowCap Atlanta + profit sharing.
Startup builders will receive equity in our company and as our portfolio wins, you win. HCPs will be issued a percentage of non-voting member units every month. Even if our agreement is terminated, your ownership units will still vest on the anniversary of your join date.
By issuing equity in our company, it aligns the incentives of all team members and HCPs to creating the most value for startups within our Atlanta ecosystem.
If a startup within our ecosystem experiences a liquidity event, HCPs will be notified immediately and will be paid your percentage of the exit at the end of the quarter.
Disclaimer: as an independent contractor, you will responsible for any tax implications of receiving equity-based compensation.
