Front End Web Developer US Citizenship Required, Remote
The Opportunity We are looking for a driven and creative Front End Web Developer to join our world class AI Webapps Team. The candidate will be an obsessive, and exacting individual who will collaborate with our engineering and design team to rapidly transform application design specs into a functioning web application.
Responsibilities - Use web app frameworks such as Angular and React to implement and test the front end components
- Integrate and test the front-end components with back end services to create highly responsive web application
- Collaborate with the design and engineering team to meet the application delivery deadlines
Qualifications and Experience - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years experience as a web application developer
- Proficiency in one or more web application development frameworks such as Angular, React, and Polymer
- Proficient in Typescript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Proficient in web application component testing using tools such as Karma, Jasmine
- Experience consuming and interacting with RESTful APIs, Swagger, and TypeScript data specifications
- Experience working in a small team environment using agile development techniques
- Experience working with project management and version control such as Gitlab and Jira
- Experience working with development and build tools such as git, Docker, and Gradle
- Experience interacting with UX designers and implementing specifications
Bonus Experience - Experience with Map API and developing responsive geo-spatial web application
- Experience using graphs and charts API for developing performance dashboard
- Experience using project management, gantt chart APIs to develop responsive plan displays
- Working knowledge in Python and or Java
- Have a history of successfully working remotely
Interview and Selection Applicants should be prepared to participate in a couple of remote interviews, a code/design test, pre-employment assessment tests, and an on-site interview. We may also ask for coding samples or examples of your work, academic transcripts, and professional references.
Due to Federal Government contract regulations US Citizenship is required, as well as a Secret Clearance (either a current one or be eligible for one).
