Job Description
A small, friendly, primarily remote-based start-up based in the UK are actively looking for a design focused front-end developer to join them for a short term contract. They are looking for an individual who is technically competent but who has strong design skills especially within the UI domain.
Role & Responsibilities
You will help to develop (both design and develop in CSS) a new design style that can be applied to existing and new screen The use of Grommet (https://v2.grommet.io/) is a constraint - you will need to build on top of that design system Required:
Experience of working with/adapting design systems (eg bootstrap) will be useful Portfolio of previous designs for dashboard applications (eg lists and tables of data, data visualisation, forms) Extensive CSS experience Knowledge of working with and adapting design systems like grommet, material and bootstrap.
