Are you fluent in the language, mindset, and business practices of Kaizen, or continuous improvement, especially in regards to safety? Do you know first hand how critical standardization and safety are within a plant? How about having equipment that is easily operable and easy to train on? Do you know how to speak in hard facts, numbers, and using common, real world examples?
