Front office C# Developer // Global Investment Bank // London // Contract

A Global Investment bank is seeking a front office C# developer to join their London FX team which is responsible for a number of in house development projects associated with FX, interest rates and commodities revenue generation for the bank. You will be a long term key member of the development team assisting with an exciting stream of projects which started this year.

Daily rate - up to £650 per day

Start date - ASAP

Key responsibilities

• Interacting daily with quants, BA's and traders to gather requirements and deliver concrete changes
• Full stack development of front office trading systems in C#

Key skills

• Strong full stack development skills in C# and WPF (GUI design)
• Strong relational database skills in Sybase, SQL or Oracle (preferably Sybase)
• Experience using and interacting with messaging systems (preferably FIX connectivity)
• Preference will be for developers with good business logic and Front office experience
• Knowledge of trade mapping and interfacing to with 3rd party management systems such as Murex and/or Kondor (K+) for booking, market operations, and subscriptions to updates.
• At least 5 years of experience with service oriented architectures

Good understanding of FX Options, FX Cash products, and money market products
