Responsibilities and Duties
Job Title – Facets SQL Production Support
**

Must Haves: FACETS knowledge, SQL Server, Support Background
Nice to Haves: T-SQL, Development background
Team – support team, works alongside the development team but not a development role – need to vet candidates for this and make sure they are okay with production support
Day to Day – creating APIs, managing incidents and making adjustments, troubleshooting, not heavy development work more on the support side of things, claims or finance background necessary as they will handling billing work within FACETS
Important notes for shift – will have a shift “on call” rotation, every 2-3 weeks for batch monitoring

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $50.00 to $55.00 /hour

Experience:

• FACETS knowledge: 2 years (Preferred)
• Production Support: 3 years (Preferred)
• SQL Server: 3 years (Preferred)

License:

• Need 2 Professional reference, only Name, Role, Client (Preferred)
• Can you work on W2 with our company? (Preferred)
• Only W2 position, C2C is not workable (Preferred)

Contract Length:

• More than 1 year
• 1 year

• Fully Remote
