Full Job Description

The position of the e-Commerce Business Developer and Media Manager will be reporting directly to the President. This position will play a critical role in building brand awareness through growing social media and developing meaningful content , aid on backend web development, eCommerce and growing company revenues by helping develop our web presence. Boot Networks strives to provide our customers with a world class online shopping experience.   • ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*

· Research, develop, and implement online initiatives and customer acquisition strategies using PPC advertising, social media, SEO, unique content creation, and other proven methods

· Work on development of multiple eCommerce sites, manage 3rd party vendors for creative and development to build out, enhance, and refine a new and existing e-commerce sites

· Direct all day-to-day e-commerce operations, maintenance, and performance of the site including third-party marketplaces, marketing promotions, site updates and sales data

· Oversee and optimize the customer experience from first contact, to order processing procedures, through order fulfillment

· Work with the team to create and manage new product listings and update existing product data on a daily basis

· Work closely with the team to ensure the voice of the customer is heard, and that e-Commerce services are optimized for effectiveness

· Build out content for product listings

· Track KPIs and measure success by driving continuous improvement with a deeply analytical and data driven approach; report out to President

· Continually seek efficiency gains such as automation opportunity, process improvements, site speed and in-house operations

· Work to reinforce company brand through digital promotions
· Meet or exceed revenue goals and other KPIs as outlined by leadership

  • EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE*

· Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, e-Commerce, Web Design, Engineering, Business or equivalent. Master’s Degree preferred.

· 7+ years of experience in e-Commerce and Digital Marketing

· 3 years of vendor management and team management

· Strong written and verbal communication skills, both with internal team and vendors

· Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, Wordpress, Woocommerce, concepts on which responsive design operates, and APIs connect and operate

· Experience with UX/UI optimization, including identifying negative user experiences and deploying solutions

· Thorough understanding of SEO, SEM, including proper technical configurations, on site optimization, and content strategies

· Experience with online advertising platforms and analytics packages, including Google Analytics, Ad Words, Bing Ads, Facebook, as well as remarking tools and product feeds

· Advanced knowledge in m365

· Experience and knowledge with Woocommerce

  • LANGUAGE SKILLS*

Ability to read and interpret documents such as design drafts, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Advanced skill in reporting out to multiple functions, work cross functionally and report to senior leadership.

  • MATHEMATICAL SKILLS*

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to interpret bar graphs. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, and percentage.

  • REASONING ABILITY*

Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Strong skills in finding solutions for problems and remaining positive.

  • WORK ENVIRONMENT*

This job can mostly be done remotely. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.
