Responsibilities:
Play a central role in leveraging the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, partnering with business users providing guidance and support in implementing solutions.
Expert knowledge of the technical and functional aspects of Dynamics CRM and associated technologies in the Microsoft Ecosystem, including Power Automate and Power Apps.
Responsible for all stages of requirements gathering, design, test, implementation, and support of Dynamics solutions that meet the business needs.
Development and maintenance of plug-ins, workflows, custom forms, views, business rules, reports, and dashboards.
Maintain expert knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM and emerging strategies to leverage the platform to create new solutions, enhance existing systems, and drive change.
Sound knowledge of Dynamics CRM integration capabilities.
Provide thought leadership on best practices for solution design with an understanding of Information Architecture functionality.
Experience leveraging Dynamics CRM to support full business development lifecycle from identifying opportunities to proposal development to contract award.
Demonstrated capability in confidently presenting thoughts and ideas to audiences of various sizes and technical knowledge levels.
Ability to convey knowledge to both developers and stakeholders to balance the use of native (OOB) features and the appropriate use of custom development.
Thorough understanding of MS Dynamics 365 licensing and add-on functionality.
Translate strategic objectives into the development or enhancement of Dynamics CRM system capabilities.
Dynamics CRM subject matter expert for complex user support questions.
Basic in Computer Science or equivalent technical field required.
5+ years hands-on experience designing, creating, customizing, and configuring MS Dynamics CRM solutions including understanding business requirements, designing, and configuring forms, developing workflows, importing/exporting data to/from Dynamics CRM, creating reports and dashboards and troubleshooting application issues.
Strong understanding of Agile SDLC methodology.
Strong understanding of Dynamics CRM security roles and application configuration.
Experience with Dynamics CRM Web API.
Experience with MS Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Virtual Agent, Power BI).
Experience with PowerShell scripting and .NET/C#.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Working knowledge of related technologies such as: SQL Server, Internet Information Server and Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, Azure ADFS.
Experience with MS AI and Machine Learning
Experience with Dynamics integration with LinkedIn Navigator, and/or Marketo
