Dynamics 365 for Sales Consultant (Remote)

This Senior Consultant role entails working with the Project Manager and clients on D365 for Sales (CRM) Projects. This position will utilize best practices and methodologies to design, implement, and/or upgrade solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 in Cloud and On-Premise environments. The consultant will also work with internal teams to provide subject matter expertise and escalated support issues for existing customers. This role will also assist in continuing to evolve procedures and best practices. Consultant can work remotely, in office, or combination.

Responsibilities:

• Drive Dynamics 365 implementations through all project phases as the lead functional consultant.
• Identify client requirements for D365 modules – Sales, Marketing, Field Service – via discovery meetings. Document in a fit/gap document and get consensus on gaps that need to be implemented.
• Configure D365 to meet client requirements and implement minor customizations as requested. Work with technical team for complex customizations and to design integrations with other systems.
• Conduct end user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Support project manager, technical team members, and other functional team members on the project.
• Identify software or service opportunities including training, D365 modules, business process consulting, and development
• Backup role for Application Support Desk and escalated support issues
• Assist with creating and maintenance of internal and external product training curriculums and documentation
• Backup role for Help Desk Support including Application support

Other duties:

• Participate in periodic online training classes held for hosted clients
• Assist D365 Developers in testing and rollout of new customizations and products
• Maintain a billing utilization rate as determined by Delivery Manager
• Assist with the creation and maintenance of internal and external product training curriculums and documentation

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred
• 3+ years of experience working on design, configuration and support of Dynamics CRM
• Great communication and problem-solving skills
• Highly self-motivated and directed, keen attention to detail
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment running multiple tasks under tight deadlines
• Exceptional customer service orientation
• Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Microsoft Certifications (MB-200, MB-210, MB-220, MB-230, MB-240) a plus
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform highly desirable

US Citizen or Green card required.

Pay: $70.00 - $85.00 per hour
