OPPORTUNITY:

We have an immediate opening to join our professional services team in support of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 practice. We operate in an entrepreneurial environment where everyone’s opinion counts and voice is heard. The responsibilities of this position can and will grow based on the performance of the individual. This is a highly visible position requiring interaction with clients and other team members.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

We are looking for individuals who can perform the following:

Design, customize and implement Dynamics 365 Business Central

Perform gap analysis between Dynamics 365 Business Central functionality and client requirements

Proven ability to write effective system and process documentation - including business and system requirements, process diagrams, and data flow charts

Act as a Dynamics 365 Business Central Subject Matter Expert to clients and colleagues, offering advice on best practices for implementations

Develop data conversion and testing strategies

Train users on new processes and the functionality of the application

Keep up-to-date with the latest Microsoft technologies

Build trusted partner relationships with client stakeholders (typically C-level Executives) and provide world class service to clients at each stage of delivery

Provide pre-go-live and post-go-live end-user support

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

4-year degree in accounting, finance, business, MIS or equivalent

2-3+ years hands-on functional experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics NAV Business Central or related ERP application

2-3+ years hands-on experience with full life-cycle implementations

An understanding of Microsoft PowerApps, Flow, Power BI and Document Capture/OCR Document Management is a plus

Database experience with SQL Server

Good writing and verbal communication skills

Ability to establish priorities, work independently and proceed with objectives with little supervision

Experience in setting up project plans and following proven methodologies

Strong analytical, diagnostic and problem-solving abilities

Ability to thrive in a collaborative atmosphere

Manufacturing Experience is a plus

Fully Remote Position. Flexible Schedule.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $20.00 to $40.00 /hour

Experience:

• Analysis Skills: 2 years (Preferred)
• Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)
