This role will be working within the Digital Delivery Centre within the emergency services sector. You will be working with one of our teams in the area of Urgent Emergency care, working primarily on the front end of the system in order to develop new user-facing features.
Main role: - Develop new user-facing features - Build reusable code and libraries for future use - Practise test driven development, providing automated unit tests for all application code - Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs - Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability - Strike a balance between functional and aesthetic design
Skills: - Strong in React and Redux - Proficient in TypeScript, NodeJS and Webpack - Proven record of using Test-Driven Development (TDD) - Experience of working in a multidisciplinary team - Good understanding of the Progressive Enhancement approach to the web development - Experience with continuous delivery, continuous deployment and automation - Familiar with design by contract approach for APIs - Knowledge and understanding of the Domain-Driven Design (DDD) - Experience with the Cloud Role: Digital Front End Developer - Remote/Exeter - INSIDE IR35 Job Type: Contract Location: Exeter, Devon,
