POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a knowledgeable, passionate and driven individual to join our team as a part-time Developer primarily focused on supporting our back-end system to ensure a seamless user experience. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the upkeep of the system and provide on-going support and troubleshooting as needed. You should have extensive experience writing, adjusting and debugging code, be familiar with database storage systems (SQL) and be able to efficiently identify and resolve system issues when they arise. We’re looking for someone who is eager and excited to grow with the company, be a team player who is serious about making a great product and having fun while doing it, and knows how to talk the dev language but also break it down for others who don’t.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage system structure and content, including client and website portals, back-end build outs, pushes and code development and refinement.
• Understand day-to-day operations and objectives of the organization and identify opportunities to enhance system and software to continue to elevate the user experience
• Support program integration across platforms and conduct regular maintenance
• Be available to trouble shoot and support the back-end system so the client’s front-end experience is seamless when issues arise and implement SOP for preventative maintenance to minimize issues.
• Help scale and grow platforms and program to elevate the company’s offerings and streamline the process
• Provide exceptional customer service and support for all internal and external clients
• Collaborate effectively with different clients, internal teams and its members
• Additional duties as assigned.

NECESSARY SKILLS/JOB COMPETENCIES

• Exceptionally well organized with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal) to establish strong connections and represent the brand
• Knowledge of and experience with cloud-based, Google SQL databases (required experience directly building and managing instances) and comprehensive knowledge
• Proficient in C#/.NET/ JavaScript; familiarity with bootstrap models and Angular JS
• Ability to work quickly to resolve issues should they arise
• Able to work as part of a team, including project management skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet all deadlines as assigned, time management is critical and an essential component
• Able to establish working relationships with a variety of people
• Proactive mindset, flexible thinking, creativity and innovative mindset to go beyond what has been done and create high-value opportunities for the brand and partners

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• BA degree or professional training/certification
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in related field
• Experience working remotely or independently and a track record of meeting deadlines
• Sports fan or having familiarity of sports is strongly preferred
• Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends and some holidays if required, and on-call to provide clients support when needed
