Concept are currently recruiting for multiple Deskside Support Engineers within/ commutable to Hinckley.
These roles are working onsite providing desktop and laptop Windows support to various internal users up to VIP level.
The client are looking for self-starter's, being able to retain end to end ownership and resolution of support issues working within the Service Operations teams.
Responsibilities of the role -
- IT Support of all office based customers using a broad variety of mainstream and bespoke applications on Windows 7/Windows 10 operating system
- Provision of remote desktop support to all customers
- Administration for Windows 7/ 10 Exchange, RAS (Secure ID), Internet and Intranet
- All work completed within agreed SLAs
- Delivery of excellent customer service
The ideal candidate should have an excellent working knowledge with the following -
- Experience as a 2nd line desktop analyst, in a similar organisational structure
- 2nd Line Support/Troubleshooting of desktops/laptops and associated applications
- User and desktop account administration e.g. Active Directory
- Ideally have experience of support Apple Mac hardware
- MUST be able to pass a basic vetting screening
Normal working hours Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:30 based on client site.
Rate - £160 per day (umbrella / Ltd Company)
