Database Developer - Data & Analytics - 6 Month contracts - £454 Per Day Outside IR35

I am recruiting for one of the largest transport organisation in the UK
Your new role
You will be joining a large development project, being part of a scrum team responsible for major development of a new data warehousing environment. With multiple large scale complex database servers/ systems mainly in SQL/ Oracle databases the client is looking on developers who are experienced in creating various data reports/ ETL Frameworks and custom tools.
You will have extensive and fully conversant knowledge of on premise cloud systems such as APS, MS Azure as a large focus is the creation and migration of a large set of data to on premise systems or onto cloud servers.
What you'll need to succeed
For this role you will ideally have been involved in creating various data reporting tools/ Custom ETL tools in on premise cloud based or hybird Oracle and /or Microsoft Database technology in particular ETL/ELT Design, Development on testing in Microsoft SQL Server 2008 upwards, SSIS and MS Azure cloud servers.
Current up to date knowledge on ETL/ELT Data warehousing, Business Intelligence methodology and best practice including dealing with Big Data, Cloud technology and unstructured data.
Understanding of Star Scheme structure & Design, Detailed understanding of Kimball & Inmon and hybrid data warehouse design.
Experienced in Agile development approach and tools.
