Job Description
Ready to invent the future? Ephesoft is immediately hiring a talented, driven Data Scientist to play a key role in developing a high-profile AI platform in use by organizations around the world. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing knowledge-based systems in different contexts such as classification, information retrieval, image recognition, and/or natural language processing.
In this role you will:
Develop and deliver solutions driven by AI and ML capabilities
Be part of a team of Data Scientists, Semantic Architects, and Software Developers responsible for developing AI, ML, and Cognitive Technologies while building a pipeline to continuously deliver new capabilities and value.
Build a framework for the acquisition, management and governance of critical data sets.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to convey technical vision for our AI capabilities in our solutions.
Report to VP of Engineering, coordinating with our Engineering, Product, Support, Professional Services and Sales teams to develop and deliver our platform with AI-based technology aligning with our product roadmap and foster new product ideas.

Qualifications
3+ years of experience developing and building AI and ML driven solutions.
Experience with the application of data science and advanced data analytics, including structured, unstructured, or relational data mining and machine learning techniques.
Experience building and working with geographically disbursed development teams and building self-organizing and productive teams.
Deep knowledge of natural language processing fundamentals and specific experience with frameworks such as Gensim, spaCy, NLTK, etc.
Some familiarity with graph databases and ontologies.
Experience with AWS and Google Cloud platforms.
Solid background in machine learning techniques with experience building pipelines desired.
Experience in cognitive technologies such as NLP, Computer Vision, Speech Recognition, or Rules-based systems.
Comprehensive coding experience in at least one object-oriented programming language (Java, Scala, C++, Python).
