Data Governance Specialist - 12 Months - Remote Working - Government Body(OUTSIDE IR35)
BPSS SECURITY CLEARANCE Required
Looking for a skilled Individual with the following:
Provide an example within that last 2 years, demonstrating expertise in understanding data structures, standards, design patterns, security practices and regulatory and legal requirements relating to data.
Demonstrable experience within the last 2 years in data concepts, data and process modelling, database, analytics and visualisation applications and strategic data governance tooling solutions.
Provide examples of industry recognised enterprise architecture, data management or information security qualifications (e.g. CDMP, TOGAF, ITIL, COBIT, CISM or equivalent).
Recent (within the last 2 years) experience and expertise in defining and implement data governance and/or data management programs within large public and private sector organisations. Evidence must be provided.
Demonstrable experience of defining a data governance framework to including; metadata, data catalogues, data architecture, data modelling, data quality, data storage, data security and privacy, data sharing, integration and interoperability.
Demonstrable consultancy experience in influencing the way things are done, utilising change management concepts and strategies, including communication, culture change and performance measurement system design, within the last 2 years.
Demonstrable experience of Data Governance Assurance, within the last 2 years.
Demonstrable experience of Data Orientated Business Transformation within the last 2 years.
Demonstrable experience of upskilling teams to create sustainable capability within the last 2 years.
BPSS SECURITY CLEARANCE Required
Working arrangements; Any two days a week between Tuesday and Thursday.
