Key Responsibilities

This exciting opportunity has arisen with an international leading consultancy, they require multiple CRM Engineers to work part of their client’s design environment and creation of their development activities in a Dynamics 365.

• The ideal candidates will actively participate in a collaborative design environment involving business subject matter experts, system engineers and business analysts.
• Participate in the creation of task-level estimates for activities related to the Dynamics 365 environment including development activities, data migration, implementation testing and validation.
• Design and configure CRM applications and components consistent with existing standards and best practices, to provide capabilities and functions to meet business requirements using out-of-the-box configuration.
• Particular focus in a Customer Service Environment an advantage
• Understanding of Dynamics 365 Entities, The Common Data Model, Entity Lifecycles and Business

• This person will be working closely with customising the Dynamics CRM in a development approach
• Understanding of D365 Entities, The Common Data Model, Entity Lifecycles and Business Processes, Workflows and the D365 Plugin Model
• Managing D365 solutions, packaging, managing and deploying
• Assist members of an offshore team with their design and config work.
• Knowledge of Integration Patterns for D365 an advantage (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Service Endpoints
