Estimated Contract Duration: 6 months.

Location: This position is a Remote Work position to be based in the Eastern time zone. Work hours are 6:00 a.m. Eastern Time – 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time to allow real time support for EMEA as well as LATAM and US for portions of the day.

  • Fluency in German, French, or Portuguese is a strong plus

We are looking for a Contracts Administrator to join our team in the United States. Estimated contract duration of 3 months.

What You'll Do

The Contract Administrator (EMEA, LATAM, US) has primary responsibility for providing contract support for all revenue and vendor (procurement) contracts for the EMEA and LATAM business operations. Support includes completing form agreements and facilitating execution of contract and related documents, reviewing and commenting on contract terms, negotiating basic contract terms, and similar responsibilities. This is a customer facing role with both internal customers (e.g. sales and other departments), and external customers of the company. A key element of the performance review for this position will be internal customer reviews.

This position will be the primary contract support resource for the EMEA and LATAM business operations but will also support US operations, as capacity permits and needs require.

Key responsibilities:
  • Review and negotiate standard terms for revenue and vendor contracts for EMEA, LATAM and US business operations.
  • Manage NDA agreements and other form agreements.
  • Provide post-closing support for contracts, including coordinating with finance and other teams.
  • Help maintain the company document management system by promptly and accurately filing contract and related document within your area of responsibility.
  • Participate in periodic reviews of contract forms and contracting processes as part of continuous improvement of the company contracting processes.
  • Provide the highlest quality customer service.
  • Provide support for other activities as assigned by the Corporate Counsel.
What You Should Have
--------------------

  • Prior successful experience in a remote work environment, verifiable through reference checks. This is an absolute requirement.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field plus 5 years of contract administration experience in a high volume, fast paced environment; or Associates Degree in business administration plus 7 years of contract administration experience in a high volume, fast paced environment.
  • Experience must include working with a wide variety of agreements including non-disclosure agreements, purchase and sale contracts, software and other intellectual property licensing, proposal responses.
  • Experience with SaaS, DaaS or PaaS business models, or other significant experience with intellectual property licensing.
  • Excellent word processing, proof-reading, Power Point, Excel, Adobe and other business application skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including ability to work with multiple company departments and to successfully interface with internal and external customers.
  • Self-starter, highly motivated, able to execute with minimal oversight and direction.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer service focused (internal and external)
  • Ability to work on a team and contribute even though remote.
Nice to Have

  • Business level fluency in German, French, or Portuguese
  • Some experience with US Government contracting (FAR/DFAR/GSA)
