Contract UX Designer, Supply Chain Analytics SaaS (REMOTE)

As part of the UX team you will have many opportunities to help support us in generating breakthrough design concepts and crafting them into buildable solutions, while and actively remaining focused on ensuring the fit and finish of the implemented design.
Responsibilities
- You will actively participate in the end-to-end user experience practice, using industry-standard best practices and design tools (Adobe CC, Sketch, etc.) and be comfortable in promptly and accurately delivering polished design elements for implementation to both front and back-end developers (HTML, design assets, etc.)
- You will collaborate with your design peers, both product and development leaders, to develop and implement design strategies and experiences for the application
- Incorporate usability research, existing personas and customer feedback into all your deliverables
- You are a team member, a team player, and a team supporter who recognizes that it takes many hands to create design excellence and sustain it
- You are an innovator, driving design for the next generation, reusable navigation strategies

Qualifications
- You are a passionate problem solver with 5-8 years of experience in designing and delivering user experiences, including hands-on experience is working with design systems and producing front-end deliverables
- You are a clear thinker, able to grasp abstracts, and effectively navigate through change (which is a constant)
Nice to Have
- Expert-level understanding and experience with Adobe CC and library-based design systems
- Experience with cloud-based application software
- Understanding of consumer-grade experiences
- Experience in working with remote teams
