Contract Ruby Developer
Fully remote opportunity Outside of IR35 3-6 months
£450 - £600pd
Mid-Senior Software Engineer with proven Ruby experience needed for a leading UK tech company. They are looking for multiple contractors to start ASAP to work across 2 key projects – one on the consumer side, the other on production systems.
This is a fully remote role, although they have an office in central London that you can use if you prefer.
They are experiencing a surge of business and are needing to rapidly add a software engineering resource to their two key teams.
The culture there is really open – they want people who are collaborative but also self-directed and driven. You’d be working under an awesome director of engineering who believes in really empowering the team.
Requirements
* 3+ years experience with Ruby, and comfortable writing Ruby scripts as well as working in Rails
* You understand key development principals such as KISS, DRY and can utilise these in enterprise systems
* You have a proven ability to get up to speed quickly in a complex environment
