You will play an instrumental part in leading the data science function of the business, working closely with various stakeholders and owning data through the full project lifecycle.
You will be leveraging data from various sources and enhancing processes to genuinely help their customers benefit from the organisation.
Strong Python/R and SQL skills are a must for the role. AWS, Spark, Kafka and Machine Learning / NLP techniques are some of the technologies/techniques used. As a lead, you will still be hands-on and overseeing the activities of the team.
We are looking for candidates who have built, tested and deployed models within a production environment and able to write efficient code. FS experience isn't vital, but the ability to influence change is!
This will be a long-term assignment for the right individual, 12 months with a strong possibility of further extensions.
