Contract Devops Engineer Remote | Devops | Azure | AWS | Linux | Redhat This role can be conducted remotely but with the occassional office visit to Manchester city centre.

Key responsibilities will include; ● Developing, configuring, managing and upgrading the physical and virtual systems ● Providing exceptional system support to server infrastructures ● Managing and developing virtual hosting technologies, back office applications and system monitoring software.
● Patching, upgrading, antivirus installation and overall security of the Linux and virtual infrastructure, ● Assisting in the design and security of supporting technical architecture ● Liaising with an array of stakeholders to collaboratively ensure minimal downtime and disruption and executing root cause analysis to eliminate underlying or potential issues.
Experience in Experience of Linux systems administration ● Experience of Cloud hosting, specifically Azure and AWS ● Experience installing, configuring and supporting Apache, MySQL, Asterisk.
● Experience of Red Hat ● Exposure to diagnosing various server issues using standard open source This is an initial 3 month contract.
