Contract Automation Engineer – JavaScript – Remote Working – Outside IR35

A leader within the Big Data industry is looking for a Contract Automation Engineer, with expertise in JavaScript. This exciting company has recently moved away from their parent company and have successfully gained funding for the development of their product. The Contract Automation Engineer will be the only QA within the business – perfect for someone who is keen to have full autonomy and take the lead in moving towards a fully automation testing framework. The client’s innovative, flagship application that you will be testing is focused on the visualisation of big data, a unique way to manage and present complex data.

What do I need to get this Contract Automation Engineer position?

  • Strong experience in Automation Testing, with JavaScript
  • You will have previous experience analysing and identifying specific features of products to be tested
  • Exposure to other frameworks such as Cypress/ experience ensuring tests are efficient and reliable
  • Experience transforming manual testing procedures into a fully automated suite
