Clearance

• Must possess an active/current TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph clearance.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline with 5+ years of related experience. Additional years of experience and/or relevant certification may serve in lieu of a degree.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS); ability to design, develop, and maintain applications within the cloud environment
• Experience in developing with Java and JavaScript in a production environment (additional experience with Ruby, C++, Python, GO, NodeJS preferred but not required)
• Experience with software security including (but not limited to) x.509 certificate creation and management and TLS/SSL implementation
• Experience interfacing software with relational databases (Oracle/MySQL) (additional experience with NoSQL databases preferred but not required)
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems, service-oriented architectures, task management (JIRA), Continuous Integration and Delivery, DevOps Tooling for Automation (Ansible, Jenkins, Git, Rundeck)
• Understanding of Cloud Technologies Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS)
• Experience with agile development methods such as scrum, XP, and/or SAFe agile.
• Experience creating appropriate documentation for system development lifecycle, certification and accreditation processes, including design documentation, system security plans, as-built documents, etc. and accreditation processes, including design documentation, system security plans, as-built documents, etc.
